Bottom Time Bar & Grill, located on the water at Sam's Tours overlooks Palau's beautiful rock islands and is an ideal location to enjoy colorful sunsets or just relax among new friends and share stories from your day's adventures.

We are open everyday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. serving fresh sashimi, light appetizers and a variety of sandwiches including hamburgers, cheeseburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. Bottom Time is a full service bar offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Palau's own locally micro-brewed Red Rooster draft beer!
